Suzette M. Cudjoe Hodge Johnson is an Operation Business Analyst/OCM Change Analyst for Ally Financial Inc. and works part-time as a Mental Health and Substance Abuse Counselor.  She is passionate and committed to helping others, especially veterans as they transition from military to civilian life in dealing with all roadblocks involved during this transition.

Suzette, a native-born of Trinidad and Tobago, who became a U.S. Citizen and served in the United States Navy.  During her military career, she served in several stateside commands and was deployed overseas assignments in Spain, Bermuda and served during Wartime.  She received numerous military awards and decorations.

One of her proudest moments in the military was being one of the first set of females to go aboard a Naval Carrier when she was stationed at Top Gun VF-124 NAS Miramar San Diego California as a Plane Captain.

She completed her higher education at the University of North Florida, earning a double Master of Science degrees in Rehabilitation Counseling and Mental Health Counseling.  She also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Aviation Management from Southern Illinois University Carbondale.

She is a member of the International Honor Society for Professional Counseling, a member of the North-East Florida Veteran’s Council, a member of the Florida Mental Health Counseling Association, a member of the Board of Directors for the University of North Florida Alumni Association and served as a member of the Florida Youth Suicide Prevention Advisory Board.
