HerTOTALWellness:  “HerTOTALWellness” (HTW) is a 6-week program designed to empower women veterans on their path to self-sufficiency by addressing their holistic needs.  HerTOTALWellness is focused on three primary domains of wellness: Body, Mind, and Economic Empowerment.  Also included in our program is yoga and a weekend retreat.

Operation HandUP:  Provide non-perishable and personal hygiene items to pack in bags for women veterans sleeping in their cars or homeless. In addition, provide supportive services for at-risk women veterans.

HerBIZ:  A pilot program to help 10 women veterans start their own business.  We will bring community partners together to provide mentorship and guidance.  (Coming Soon)

HerHEALTHYLife:   Hire a healthy life coach to develop and administer a program for women veterans who need assistance in discovering what works for them to live a more healthy life physically and mentally. (Coming Soon)

ETT (Ed & Training Trac):  We help women veterans who need to pay for certification or licensing.  Purchase practice books as needed.  We also pay for daycare while testing is in session.  (There are limited funds for this program so funds are used on a case by case basis).

Lunch & Learn:  4 luncheons annually geared towards professional women veterans.

We are dedicated to creating an open and familiar environment for female veterans to help each other. We fill the void of supportive services specifically for female veterans.
