Operation HandUP

Operation HandUP provides supportive services to women who served in military uniform who are homeless or at-risk.  Those services include

  • Case Management
  • Financial Assistance
  • Transportation
  • Food and Dry goods pantry
  • Limited Household Supplies

We encourage you to enroll in our HerTOTALWellness course if you are not working.  We know this will help you towards self-sufficiency and you will love the incentives!

Once you have created your account, complete the Application for Assistance in the “Online Forms” section of the Self Service portal and select submit. We will contact you at the number provided in the application within 48 hours. If you need immediate assistance call the office at 904.862.6039 after you submit the application.

Tuesdays, 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Wednesdays, 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM

Thursdays, 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM

Closed on Federal Holidays and during the Week of Recognition
