Transform Your Future with HerTOTALWellness Cohort 36!

Are you ready to focus on YOU?  HerTOTALWellness Cohort 36 launches on Tuesday, February 23rd (with orientation on February 24th), and this is your chance to join a program designed by women veterans, for women veterans.

For 4 weeks, you’ll step into a space created just for you where your service is honored, your story matters, and your future is full of possibility. Together, we’ll focus on your body, mind, and financial empowerment so you can rise stronger, more confident, and ready for what’s next.

Classes are held Tuesdays & Thursdays, 9:00 am – 12:00 at our new office located at 835 Cesery Blvd Jacksonville, FL 32211, with virtual options for women outside Duval County (Jacksonville).

HTW is FREE and open to all women who have ever served (active duty, guard, or reserve). Plus, daughters of veterans ages 18–25 are welcome! Discharge status and length of service don’t matter here, but your voice and your journey do.
